12 Days of Christmas for Nessa and Darbee
We've done the 12 days of Christmas several times for other families throughout the years, but this year we decided to do it for members of our family! The kids helped me plan and shop and we sent a special package to Darbee and Tanessa. It was so fun getting pictures from Kristi, showing us the girls loving their gifts.

Darbee and Tanessa
This girl! Holy moly she is a cutie!! So glad she's an easy subject. We were able to get some super cute pictures of this pretty little lady.
And her pretty big sister too! Sydney sure loves her Nessa girl.

With the Arnell Girls
With Kristi in Evanston she hung out with my kiddos while I was with Dad. She took them to a new splash park in Morgan. So fun! They had a blast!
Sydney and Darbee watching signing time. :)
Tanessa is Sydney Belle's BFF. She was pretty much glued to her for 3 days.

Miss these cute girls!
Going through photos on my phone and found this one my sister in law sent a while ago. I sure miss these two beautiful girls! We don't get to see them nearly as much as we'd like! That baby is growing up so fast and I've only gotten to snuggle her a handful of times.
That stinks--but this picture makes me happy.

Darbee's Blessing Day
Our baby niece Darbee was blessed last Sunday, August 3, 2014. For a split second we didn't think we would make it. Jeff started full swing into soccer August 1 (breakfast, lunch & dinner at the college!), on August 2 Jeff had a full day and we had planned to feed the players like we do every year. August 4 Jeff had soccer, I had Pirate Camp and Tim left for Scout Camp. So, we were trying to figure out how to make this work...
And then my wonderful husband said, let's just cancel the dinner this year. We need to be there. It's family.
And I'm so grateful for that.
We had such a wonderful visit! As quick as it was, it was so good to be with the whole Atkinson family! And to be with sweet baby Darbee on her special day.
The Arnells
Sydney decided to throw a fit during sacrament, so I took her to the hallway where we could hear the meeting perfectly. She had to potty, so we went and hurried back, just in time to hear the Bishop say- What a beautiful blessing Brother Arnell.
Ugh.
But when I asked Kristi, she said, Darbee was blessed to have a thirst for education and to be a friend to her sister and cousins. :)
Beautiful girl!
I love this picture!
Later Aunt Kristi let the kids knock pears out of her tree to take home. My boys were stoked!
Darbee has 2 Great Grandmas, which I find amazing!
So so happy we could be there! I only wish we could see everyone more often.

4th @ the Atkinson's
We got to see baby Darbee again!!!
Yay!
We went to Evanston and the Arnell's were there too. So happy and so fun to be with the family!
Kristi put Frozen in for the kids, but pretty soon it was just a couple of dad's watching it--and not changing the channel!! :)
Grandma's baby girls.
How many kids does it take to help a grandma change a baby...
Ooo! I love this baby!!
