Bailey's Birthday

When Sydney was invited to one of her BFF's birthday parties she was very excited, but then we had decided to miss it because her cuz was going to be here. Kim sweetly extended the invite to Tanessa as well and Ness said she'd like to go. I was a little worried about her because she'd started to get homesick, so I kept checking in on them and made sure Kim knew to text me if she needed to come home. Kim is so kind. She kept sending me pictures of all the fun they were having--assuring me everyone was happy!

Tanessa is actually closer to Bailey's age than Sydney so it worked out great. They had lots of fun!

Alice in Wonderland

My kids all had friends in the WWCC's summer kids play, Alice in Wonderland. So, of course we went! Aiden, Tegan, Bailey, Taysum... they all did great! I love how proud my kids are of their buddies.

Bailey Time

I think I've mentioned once or twice... or 23 times that Sydney loves Bailey. She asked for her to come play last week and they had lots of fun. Bailey is 4 years older, but very sweet to my Sydney. They played and made Kool Aid and watched Annie.

Sydney crafting

Sydney loves her little friend Bailey Cutler. LOVES her. She kept trying to talk about her, so we worked really hard and now she can say Bay-eee. And she doesn't stop talking about her, asking to play with her... seriously everyday, a hundred times a day she talks about Bailey.
We got this book from the library about Princess best friends and she told me that Bailey was her best friend. At the end of the book they make BFF bracelets. Sydney ran to our cupboard and pulled out the beads and asked to make Bailey a bracelet.

Then she told me I needed to make a surprise (signing) bracelet for her. Haha. We had too much fun though and they turned into necklaces.

Bailey's Baptism and Marc Cutler

Our little friend Bailey was baptized this last Saturday. I took her baptism pictures and she was so cute!

This cute kid walked into the chapel and said to me, "Jennifer Bessie Bell" I had to look at him for a good twenty seconds before I guessed after deducting... "Marc?"

It was Marc! Ken's little brother that hung out with us all the time. I haven't seen him since he was probably 15. It was so much fun to meet his wife and his kids and visit with him.

Our sweet little friend Bailey came by the other day with a big ol' garbage bag full of toys for Miss Sydney.

You'd think being the only girl she'd have a gazillion toys, but really she doesn't. And she was O-so thrilled. I am pretty sure she still hasn't put the Dora doll down. She sleeps with it. And the My Little Pony's!!--O man, she loves them!
