The Band and a little Penelope

 It's a terrible pic... but Seth, Syd and I formed a band. We rocked out. We may go on the road, who knows.

This kid was telling me goodnight, I was already in bed, but watching the movie Penelope. He's always been my boy who would watch old movies with  me--Doris Days, Debbie Reynolds and then a good chick lit too. He snuggled up to me and an hour later finally went to bed.

November Student of the Month

 Landon was the student of the month in November! Which means for the rest of the year he gets to go see a movie once a month and bring his family. November's movie: Finding Dory!
I love this boy. He works hard and he is very helpful and kind.

Trolls

 Sydney has been dying to see the movie Trolls. She was being so sweet and she cleaned her room and so I asked her if she wanted to run errands with me and really I took her to the movies! She was so excited. So was I. Love time with my girl. I miss spending all my days with her.

Movie Time!

With Jeff gone again, the kids and I needed some fun! So, we went to the new Pete's Dragon. It was so good!! Sydney even cried. She liked it... but then she said "That was the saddest movie." Haha!

Sometimes when you're a man you have to wear stretchy pants...

While watching our favorite summer movie we noticed a grand similarity in Tim and Nacho...

Taysum' Birthday

Seth's friend Taysum invited him to the movie for his birthday.
These boys are getting so big so fast! I'm so glad my kids have such good friends.

Home Alone

It's one of our Christmas movies! Sydney had seen it before, in fact a couple years ago she did the hands on her cheeks screaming scene many many times. But that was a while ago and she didn't really remember it. She had fun watching it like it was the first time and she did this little scene all on her own again!

STAR WARS

The new Star Wars movie came out Dec 18th! #7!  It was an exciting event at my house. Jeff and Kyle planned to go together, but Kyle couldn't go opening night and Tim couldn't wait--he even took his drivers permit test so he could go. He didn't pass the test, but his dad said it still counted.
So, Tim went to the midnight show on the 17th--which was at 7pm... yeah, it doesn't make sense to me either.
Jeff, Kyle and all our boys went the following week.
But I love Star Wars too!!! So a couple days later we went on a double date. And it was soo soo good!

 

I had the perfect seat... right in the middle of the theater! :)

When daddy's away....

The kids will all play....
Well, every once in a while you have to! We usually just stay home and sometimes we play games or rent movies. This Saturday Samantha asked if Landon could go to the movies with her and the boys. Then she told us to just all come! And we did! Fun!

These two are seriously silly and such good buddies.

Movie Night

Love these kids of mine.
We've been missing our daddy and needed some fun. So, before school started we had a movie night. :) We rented Mall Cop 2 and had popcorn and laughed our cans off. 

Popcorn

Summer movie!

Sydney really wanted popcorn... I don't usually buy popcorn. She kept signing popcorn to me at home. I told her, "mommy doesn't have any money for popcorn but I will bring you these fruit snacks from home."

She smiled and ran off to her room and I thought oh good that worked!!!

Then she ran back to me and handed me a dollar bill from her piggy bank and again signed popcorn. 

Yep, I could not resist that business. She brought her dollar and slapped it up onto the counter and that girl got popcorn! :)

Ant Man!!

Before Jeff went back to soccering it, we wanted to do something fun. Sweet Sydney played at Fara's, since she wouldn't love this movie, but the rest of us were super excited to see Ant Man. And it was really good!

Annie

Becky came over Friday and we all took the kids to the new Annie movie. It was adorable! And the kids all loved it. My boys have been singing it ever since.

And Sydney was very very angry about leaving. :/

Spring Break Day #3

We went to Captain America!

Sweet sweet Kathie McFarlane, Sydney's nursery leader offered to have Sydney come play during the show. Jeff picked her up after the show, it had been 3 hours since I dropped her off and she did not want to come home. She had so much fun with Kathie!

Kathie even told me, she can call me Grandma Kathie. 

Haha. 

But she already has a Grandma Kathy! :)

Christmas Eve Eve Moive Night!

We had so much fun, all 6 of us on Christmas Eve Eve. We just had a little Home Alone movie night. But it was lots of fun. Sydney even hung out with us for the whole show.
