Reading :)

This cutie is reading one of my very favorite books, A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness. It's beautiful and awful and amazing all at the same time. And I am so excited Seth is reading it.

 

Sam and Mat

Sydney got her book award at preschool! Mrs. Heidi has her class read this little book series and I have been amazed at how much she has learned and how much she can already read!! It's truly amazing and a miracle from where we've come from.

Reading

So proud of our girl. She's on her 11th of Miss Heidi's 27 beginning reader books. She's already such a good reader. She's so good at sounding out and deciphering--I think her Apraxia therapy has helped with that part too. She has to decipher words to be able to say them and reading feels like the next step.

20 Minutes

These boys each need to read 20 minutes a day.

And some days that's easier than others.

When we can make it to the library and these boys have something new and fun and something they've picked out, they can read a lot longer than 20 minutes!

Reading

This cute girl was pretending to read the other day. Jabber jabber with her finger gliding along the words. Smarty!

Lunch :)

These two had lunch together the other day. And it was kind of adorable. :)

Sydney saw her brother reading and flew off of her chair to her room. She came back with her own book and then they sat, ate, and read. Ad--Or--Able!
