And so does she.
Every Monday before the first day of school Jeff gives our kids a Father's Blessing.
They are precious. And special.
And I am so grateful for a husband who holds the priesthood.
I am grateful for my testimony of the Holy Priesthood.
It is a gift and power from our Heavenly Father.
It's a way to bless his children. To take care of them. To show His love for them.
Landon jumped up for the first blessing and Sydney sat on my lap, folding her arms and watching while her brother was blessed.
Then Seth jumped up and over to the empty chair, his turn for a special Father's blessing. Again Sydney sat in my lap, arms folded and watched.
Before Seth could get to the couch, Sydney leapt off my lap and climbed into the chair, ready for her daddy to lay his hands on her head. She sat, yes I peeked, and folded her arms and smiled, and listened as her daddy spoke a sweet little blessing, just for her.
And I thought I can actually pin point the start of her foundation of a testimony of the Holy Priesthood.
That's pretty cool. :)
