I probably write this every year, but I can't believe my baby boy is 9! He still feels like he should be my baby.
Opening his present from Grandma and Grandpa. He was pretty excited, it was a great big birthday bag! And it had all sorts of treasures inside. He loved his lamp and dinosaur. But I think the alarm clock was his favorite!
When we bought our lockers from the liquidation sale, we also bought a couple office chairs and two school desks! Seth has been wanting a desk for his room and originally we wanted to get him just a regular ol' desk. But we decided to see if we could save a little moo-la with this. And we did! I didn't realize they were selling them as pairs, so we got 2 desks for 15$!
Seth is just about the funnest, sweetest, coolest kid I know! And though he has buddies at school. He only has a couple real BFF's that he plays with--which is totally fine, it's great actually, we love our Adam and Taysum, but sadly they are in the grade above Seth, so for school it makes his friend life a little sad sometimes.
This year Andrew was in Seth's class. Andrew actually lives just down the block from us, well his back yard is down the block. Any-hoo, we didn't have a party this year, but we ask a friend to share a meal or play. This year Seth asked Andrew.
He was really excited to have a new buddy come play!

Tim gave Seth a green goblin guy, Landon gave him the shirt he's wearing, Sydney offered her services to open all of his gifts!--weather he needed it or not.
He got a new scripture bag and a game too!
The Cutlers were so sweet to stop by and bring Seth a gift and some birthday hugs! He was really excited to see his buddy!
Seth's biggest gift though was his room makeover!
He wanted a mine-craft themed room and his dad worked super hard on it.
He loves it!
He also built in some closet shelves.
He had a pretty fun day with friends and family and cake, pizza and games.
