Tim went to Scout Camp the beginning of August and he earned NINE merit badges! Well, 7 at camp, 2 just before, but everyone was impressed with how hard he worked and all he accomplished!
The got energy, nature, rifle (that was a hard one and he did it!!), Astronomy, orienteering... Oh, and a few more!
Before the ward swap-a-roo one of my best friends from HS and college was Tim's Scout leader, Ken Cutler. I loved that they got to work together and got to know each other better.
Ken is so kind and he said something about each boy, I guess they all got mock awards up there. Tim got 2. They called him nature boy and he got the kindness award. Ken went on to talk about what a great example of kindness, Tim is, how he is always kind to everyone and how he is a great benefit to a Scout troop.
So proud of that boy!
