A pretty amazing gift :)



Jeff's parent's gave us the most generous gift this year. They didn't just buy us a gift, but they gave us their time and their talents too!

They gave us our basement FAMILY ROOM!

They came over 3 weekends and Ron worked and worked!

Because of all the work we also found Rowdy!! Our lizard who escaped and I was pretty sure was long dead! He was living in the wall! (The wall that is sheet rocked in this picture...) Toby found him about 2 minutes before Ron sheet rocked him into the wall forever. haha

I swear this man is an artist. The ceiling in the basement looks amazing! It was fun to watch him work too!

This last weekend we were able to prime it! All 3 of our boys helped for hours to prime the basement. Soon we'll be painting and we hope to use our tax return for some carpet. And then we'll be having a basement party!! :)

I have the best in-laws! Thank you both again! We love it so much and we are so excited!
