A couple of weeks ago this happened.
It's a story. And I have to start from ... the start.
So, a couple of weeks ago, Samantha and Logan came by to give Sydney a gift from Logan. We chatted, the kids played. Her car ran in my driveway for half an hour because everyone was having a delightful time. Then, my kids ALL wanted to go home with her and Sam said, Umm yeah! So they went.
Jeff and I went to dinner... and then we went to grab the kids.
We ended up staying and playing a game.
The night was coming to an end, we were getting ready to go... or so I thought. When suddenly Jeff has a whip cream bottle in his hand. How did he get that again?
And he wants to play a game.
I was just so confused at what he wanted me to do. As stupid as it sounds I really didn't know what would happen. He kept slapping his arm and saying "you hit it" and then he'd catch the whip cream...
Okay...
So, he puts the whip cream on my hand... I still don't know what the guy is talking about. He makes me hold out my hand and puts my other hand on my forearm. Then he just kept saying "you hit it" "you hit it". So, when he said, GO. I hit the whip cream pile on my hand. He didn't say to hit my arm! He said "hit IT".
So, I did.
Why my brain didn't calculate what would happen, I do not know.
Whip cream went EVERYWHERE. One of Jeff's glass lenses was completely covered. It was all over Samantha's kitchen as well as down into her family room.
It was definitely not what he was expecting!
And it was freaking hilarious. Holy did we laugh. Sam and I laughed til we cried. I haven't laughed like that--forever.
Then he showed all the kids the right way to do it. And it was pretty cool. But I was still laughing about his whip cream covered face.
Can you see how confused I am??
