Today was the first day in five days that I wasn't sporting fake eyelashes, glitter makeup, a bun, a dress, my princess apron, and jelly shoes.
For the past few years, ever since my niece started going to a princess class in Evanston I wanted to teach this princess class here. I thought it would be super fun and get me a little girl fix. ;) So finally a friend of mine suggested the BOCES program through the college. So I submitted the idea recruited my sweet girl Sam to help me out and ta da-- Princess Camp! We had tea parties, made a million princess crafts, did makeup and nails, and all sorts of princess junk. It was fabulously fun, but I'm glad it's over. . . lots of work. Still, it was worth it, the girls loved it. They said it was the most popular BOCES class this year. Wahoo. Next year Sam and I are moving on to Pirate Camp. . . we do after all have 5 sons between the two of us. :)
