I have been looking forward to this day since the day the Star Valley Temple was announced. The very hour I could order tickets to the open house I did!! Wyoming has a piece of my heart and now it has it's first temple!
We have some beloved friends who live in Star Valley so that was a huge bonus to see them as well!
Soccer season, so no Jeff, but all of my kids were there and it was so special to see inside that precious tiny temple. ...seriously the smallest temple I've ever seen, but lovely. The paintings, everything portrayed my big beautiful Wyoming so well.
Because Tod was in town, he took the boys home and my boys got to spend the night with their BFF's before I came the next day. They were so happy!
And my sweet Janan! We got to see her and her kiddos as well.
I love this beautiful girl! She is so kind and sweet and such a good friend!
Ellie used to LOVE us, she wanted to live at our house when we were neighbors and when we came to visit, she wasn't so sure about us. She had just decided she loved us again when it was time to go. She cried and cried, sweet girl!
Em bought my book! ... and loved it. :)
