So, the good news: I didn't burn our house down. When cooking meatloaf in muffin tins... put a cookie sheet on the rack beneath it so the grease doesn't spill over and catch on fire.
The better news: when the fire alarms are all going off and we have to open all the doors and windows, Seth has figured out he can fly a kite inside the house.
