WW

Back in January I started Weight Watchers. I quit Crossfit--which I liked but it really wasn't working with my schedule. And I wasn't losing any weight. AThree weeks ago three of my friends, Sam, Janelle and Kristi joined and then a week ago Fara joined too! So, now my table is full of friendly faces!
And as less glamorous as WW is than crossfit, it's working. I've lost 19 pounds since January. I am .2 away from my goal weight! :) I'm eating so much better and I feel so much better.
