WW

I have started weight watchers.
It's not exactly as fun to stay off to WW over off to crossfit--which I quit to start WW. But it's working. And I like it a lot.
I'm still exercising, just at home. But the time is working out better for me and for my writing and I've lost 10 pounds.
This is pretty much what I eat for breakfast every morning.
The thing is I still have my chocolate and eat out--eating what I want, I've just adjusted my portion size. And when I eat a slice of Fara's crazy cake--it's even better than before.
