Beaver Meadows

Will and Amy had their family wedding the end of September. Jeff had to coach 4 games, so he didn't get to go with us. But the rest of us were excited for a little family weekend! Getting there was not the funnest though. Sydney wasn't happy and kept signing that her tummy hurt. 14 miles before Laramie the poor car sick girl puked. I pulled over and was so unprepared. I had nothing but a box of tissues and my water bottle to clean her up with. It was so nasty we ended up leaving her car seat cover, dress and the nasty box of tissues on the side of the road. So awful, but it could not come back into my car and I had nothing to lean all of that up with. :(
Once in Laramie we hit Wal-mart first thing. Sydney got a new dress and a new booster seat as well as new undies--which momma had forgotten to pack. Ugh!!! I also bought wipes and peppermint and such to be a little more ready for anymore car sickness. We picked up Sam and Kailey and the rest of the ride was much more fun! Cousins and a happy girl!

Up into the mountains we went and finally we got to the little resort. It had one condo complex, several cabins and one lodge complex. Everyone was staying in the condos except us we were at the lodge. They had a little restaurant and then the reception hall. Everything was pretty close together and yet away from the rest of the world. And so so beautiful!

The condos were so fancy... and the lodge well, it wasn't. haha. But it fit us perfect and had everything we needed!
