Oh Heidi.
Heidi worked harder to help me proof my book--than anyone! She has spent hours reading and editing. And then when LIKE HOME came out with an ARC copy full of typos, she went through and corrected so many errors! So many errors that my professional (paid!!) proofers should have caught but didn't. I can't pay the sweet girl, but I've really been wanting to say thank you!
So, I asked her for "help". And then surprised her with lunch and a pedicure!
