Nets and paint

I am certain no one-- not his assistant, not the teams, not the AD--no one has any idea how stinking hard this man works for the WWCC soccer programs. He loves them. He wants them to be successful and professional and the best they can be. And HE is the man who makes sure that happens. He has spent his summer-- sleepless, working his tail off to get play books, coaches books, team books, purchasing, planning, schedules set, everything ready for not one team,but two!!! 

And on top of all that HE is the one to mark and paint the field and put up the nets... pretty sure the basketball coach has never been asked to wax the court... 
He does it all. He gets paid very minimal. And he's really good at it. He's amazing. And I am super proud of him. 

And occasionally I help him out. :)

Which is why he calls me his favorite assistant coach!
