When I was about 7 years old my mom took me to the movies. Our new theater, the 4 Cinemas had recently opened and just me and Mom went to the show. It wasn't something we did often. It definitely felt like a huge treat. And I remember thinking that theater was massive and amazing! 4 whole theaters in one building. Woo! :) We saw Snow White. It was my first time seeing it. I loved it. The whole thing was pretty magical. This part I don't remember, but Mom told me several times how after it was all over, I said: "That was the saddest thing I've ever seen!"
Friday night I took Sydney to the new Cinderella movie. And while we were waiting for the show to start, I flashed back to that memory. :) So grateful for my mom and my baby girl.
