Banana in Spanish

My kids are always teaching me something. Today Landon told me this:
Landon: Do you know that banana is in Spanish?
Me: No.
Landon: It's . . . "banana".
Me: Wow, that's funny.
Landon: Yeah. Hmm, I wonder how you say banana in English.
Then he went around singing: "Quatro, Cinco, Banana, Quatro, Cinco, Banana!"
